Another Drone Carrying Cigarettes Arrives in Lithuania From Belarus

On the night of July 17, Lithuanian border guards intercepted another smuggling drone that had arrived from Belarus.

The drone was brought down using electronic warfare measures in the Vilnius District. It was carrying a box containing 340 packs of Minsk Capital QS cigarettes. The cigarettes are valued at €1,856, the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service reported.

The drone and the cigarettes were taken to a border guard outpost for temporary storage. Administrative proceedings have been launched.
