Annual Inflation Rises to 7% in November

The Consumer Price Index increased by 0.4% in November — 0.1 percentage point higher than in October. As a result, annual inflation edged up again after a decline in October, reaching 7%, which is 0.1 percentage point higher than the previous month.

The CPI has grown by 6.5% since the beginning of the year.

Core inflation — excluding changes in prices for seasonal and regulated goods and services — amounted to 0.3% in November and 6.9% since January.

Food prices rose by 0.8% in November, non-food goods by 0.02%, and services by 0.1%.

Since the start of the year, food has become 8.5% more expensive, non-food goods 2.8%, and services 7.7%.

Compared to November 2024, food prices increased by 9.9%, non-food goods by 2.6%, and services by 7.7%.
