Alyaksandr Lukashenka has signed a decree “On the production and circulation of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, and non-food ethyl alcohol,” which changes the system for importing alcoholic products.
The document approves the composition and regulations of the Coordination Group for the production and circulation of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, and non-food ethyl alcohol.
It also approves regulations on the procedure for organising and conducting tenders to select legal entities that will ensure the implementation of the state’s exclusive right to import alcoholic products. The regulations establish requirements for participants, the procedure for submitting tender proposals, their evaluation by the Coordination Group, and the selection of winners.
