Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy OJSC is absorbing three enterprises in the Vitsyebsk region. Information about the reorganization has been published on the Unified Financial Market Portal.
The following enterprises will become part of the country’s largest agricultural company:
Earlier this year, Lukashenka tasked businesspeople Aliaksandr Mashenski (Santa and Savushkin Product) and Yauhen Baskin (Servolux), as well as Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky, headed by its director Uladzimir Lukyanau, with “saving” the Vitsyebsk region. Savushkin Product has already acquired the Polotsk Dairy Plant, and the possible sale of several agricultural enterprises in the Dubrouna district to Servolux was recently discussed.
Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy is expected to acquire the Orsha Meat Processing Plant, but for now the process involves the merger of three other enterprises.
The agricultural company has been expanding regularly in recent years. In 2025, Slutsk Bakery Products Plant OJSC, Sudnikovsky OJSC and Vileyka Feed Mill OJSC were merged into it. In previous years, Minsk Poultry Farm No. 1 OJSC and Minsk Meat Processing Plant OJSC also became part of the company.
