Belarusian Agriculture Ministry Reports Harvest of 10 Million Tonnes

Belarus’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food has announced that the country’s harvest has exceeded 10 million tonnes. As usual, the figure includes rapeseed, although this crop is not classified as a cereal under generally accepted practice.

“According to operational data as of October 16, agricultural organisations and peasant farms have harvested 10.032 million tonnes of grain, including rapeseed and corn,” the ministry said.

Last year, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food announced that the harvest had reached 10 million tonnes on October 27. A month later, on November 26, 2025, it reported a total of 11 million tonnes.
