Valfovich Visits Pakistan to Discuss Military Cooperation

The delegation visited the General Headquarters of the Pakistan Armed Forces in Rawalpindi and met with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, the Pakistan Armed Forces press service reports.
The sides discussed the security situation in the region and the world, opportunities for bilateral cooperation in defense, as well as other issues “of mutual interest.”
The Pakistani side reaffirmed its commitment to deepening cooperation with Belarus in defense and security.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres and Poland’s Minister-Coordinator of Special Services Tomasz Siemoniak are also visiting Pakistan these days. Siemoniak’s meeting with Pakistan’s interior minister included discussions on illegal migration.
