OAO 8 Marta to Receive Innovation Fund Funding

The Council of Ministers of Belarus has ordered the allocation of 900,000 rubles from the innovation fund of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee to OAO 8 Marta under Resolution No. 496 dated September 30.

The funds are to be used for the “restoration of technological equipment and the purchase of equipment necessary to implement the full cycle of technological operations.”

The company has been required to put the equipment into operation by December 31, 2027, and increase its revenue by 6% in the year following the year in which the equipment is commissioned.

Bellegprom has been tasked with overseeing compliance with the requirements. The resolution also stipulates personal responsibility for the management of Svitanak, Bellegprom and the Gomel Regional Executive Committee.
