Bus Runs Red Light and Collides With Two Vehicles in Minsk District

A MAZ bus ran a red light and collided with two vehicles in the Minsk District, the Minsk Regional Traffic Police reported. The accident occurred today at 10:59 a.m.

The 42-year-old bus driver was travelling from the N-9031 Kalodzishchy–Zaslaue road toward Miroshnichenko Street in Minsk. He drove through a red traffic light and collided with an Iveco driven by a 28-year-old man, before striking a BMW. The bus then crashed into a traffic light and a roadside barrier.

Fortunately, no one was injured. There were no passengers on board the bus at the time of the accident. An investigation into the crash is underway.
