Rescuers dealt with the aftermath of strong winds on May 7, when gusts reached 20 meters per second. Four localities were affected: two in Brest Region and one each in Minsk and Mahiliou regions.

Roofs of a residential building, a social and cultural facility, and three agricultural buildings were damaged.

Rescuers also assisted in clearing 33 fallen trees: 30 in Mahiliou Region and three in Vitsyebsk Region.

An orange weather warning has been in effect in Belarus since yesterday and remains in place today.
